Apartments  -  Commodious and comfortable

You live in the manor house in gorgeous apartments. The apartments are sized between 38 and 76 m². They consist of a kitchenette, a bedroom, a tub or shower and according to the kind of the apartment a seperate children's room.

Details

Living room: with a sofa bed (you can sit on very good),  the kitchenette (for those who want to cook by themselves), a refrigerator, the big table, a coatrack, the TV and a radio.

Bedroom: with a double bed, with a width of 160 cm, high quality mattresses  and slatted frames, according to the kind of the apartment with a children's bed or bunk beds, which is segegated from the parent's part of the bedroom by a curtain.

Children's room: according to the kind of apartment you will find a seperate children's room or a segregated part of the bedroom with bunk beds, single beds or a children' or baby's bed.

Bathroom: with a shower or a bathing tub, a floor heating, a potty, a diaper bin, a changing table, a hair dryer and everything else you need in the bathroom.

All the couches in the apartments can be changed to 2-person sofa beds.

Wohnzimmer: mit Schlafsofa (auf dem man auch gut sitzen kann), Kochnische (für die, die unbedingt selber kochen wollen), Kühlschrank, Esstisch, Garderobe, TV, Radio.

Schlafzimmer: mit Doppelbett 160cm breit, hochwertige Matratzen und Lattenroste, je nach Wohnungstyp Kinderbett und/oder Kinderhochbett (durch Vorhang vom Enternschlafbereich abtrennbar).

Kinderzimmer: je nach Wohnungstyp separates Kinderzimmer oder abgetrennter Teil des Elternschlafzimmers. Mit Doppelstockbett oder Einzelbetten, Kleinkinderbett nach Wunsch.

Badezimmer: mit Dusche oder Badewanne, Fußbodenheizung, Töpfchen, Windeleimer, Wickeltisch, Haarfön und allem, was man für die gepflegte Toilette braucht.

Alle Sofas in den Wohnungen können zum 2-Personen-Schlafsofa ausgeklappt werden - falls es mal eng werden sollte...

There is a choice of different kinds and sizes of the apartments:

Soother apartment: 2 rooms with a baby's bed in te bedroom. Best for two adults with or without a baby or toddler. The apartment has a changing table and all the equipment a baby needs.

Family apartment: 2 rooms with bunk beds for the children in a niche in the bedroom of the parents.

Coverleaf apartment: 3-room family apartment with a separated children's room.

XL coverleaf apartment: Very commodious 3-room coverleaf apartment.
